"I recently contacted Ann with regards to my mood swings which I had been experiencing for a
while; which were getting progressively worse and as a result had started to affect my relationship
with my partner. After our initial consultation Ann suggested past life regression as an option.

overcome a phobia of learning to swim, a fear my friend overcame after a few hypnotherapy
sessions and then went on to learn to swim.
My phobia and reason for seeking Ann’s expertise, was a fear of flying, just the thought of entering
an airport made me feel physically sick! Let alone getting on a plane. I knew that I needed to take
action to overcome my fear of flying as I had met a lovely man who owned a light aircraft, a Cessna
